Nursery and Preschool Sunday School
We use the Children's Bible to teach about how God created our World, Noah's Ark, Moses, the Christmas Story and other Bible stories. Our class begins with a prayer that the children are invited to participate in. Also included during our class are finger plays and the singing of children's songs. After the Bible story we assist the children in doing an arts and crafts project. The last portion of the class is free play time, during which we talk about kind words and sharing. (Marie Olson)

Kindergarten Sunday School
In my class we focus on Jesus' life and his teachings. We use an interactive lesson plan called The Hands-On Bible Curriculum. This includes crafts, games, sing-alongs and stories about Jesus and his disciples directly from the Bible. The entire lesson focuses on bringing children closer to God through the knowledge of Jesus Christ's birth, life, death and resurrection.
Favorite Bible Verse
John 16:33, "I have told you these things, so that in me you have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."

Fellowship Bible Class
The Fellowship Bible Class meets in the Philathea Room from 9:45 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. every Sunday morning. Our class has a rotating teaching which consists of Mr. Herb Zelley, Mr. Frank DeLizio, Mr. Dan Tocci and Mr. Brian Keller. The study series we are currently using is Scripture Press/David C. Cook Disciples Bible Study which takes us through the Bible in 10 years. The course consists of quarters which switch back and forth from New Testament and Old Testament.
Start in the fall quarter, we will be studying the book of Acts and is slated to start Oct 02, 2016; if all goes as planned. Our class age range is 45 years to 80 years old but would be suitable for high school. We enjoy studying God's word together and talking about how it applies the Bible to everyday life.

Women's Bible Class
The Women’s Bible School Class has finished a rather intense study on the book of Revelation. On May 7th we will start an 8 week study of the book of Elijah. If you would like to join the class, please see Martha Lee for a study book. The Women's Bible School class meets every Sunday morning at 9:45. The class studies the Bible and by using study guides, we explore how we can live our lives following God's word. Discussion and questions are always welcome! Praying together as Women of God is also an important part of this class. The leaders of the class are Martha Lee Lowe and Connie Sue Lopert. |
